Allow the microphone and notifications, so it can hear you and remind you. Sparkles asks for anything else only when you first use the feature that needs it: location ("Allow all the time") for home arrival reminders, and your calendar if you add a sticky to it. Both are optional, and the rest of Sparkles works without them.
