The Fifth Movement

"We create work that generates the resources that keep the other movements moving. Energy. Revenue. Momentum. Honesty made productive."

What Forge does

Turning honest work into sustainable work.

Forge is the movement that keeps everything else alive. Research costs time. Building costs time. Writing costs time. None of it continues without something that generates the resources to sustain it — and Forge is where that work happens.

The name is deliberate: a forge is where raw material gets shaped into something harder and more useful under pressure and heat. The work of this movement isn't separate from TBG's values — it's an expression of them. Products built honestly, priced fairly, designed to generate sustainable returns rather than extractive ones. Revenue isn't the enemy of integrity; it's what makes integrity possible over time.

Forge handles licensing, commercial products, and the revenue layer that sits beneath everything else. It doesn't compromise what the other movements do. It makes sure they can keep doing it.

Forge projects

What's fuelling the rest.

$4.95/month or $49.95/year AUD. A voice-first daily companion built for ADHD brains — the revenue from which funds continued Fuller development.
GearWright
A mobile game IP in concept development — four titles under one compositional gear-building mechanic, designed as a fair free-to-play system from the ground up.
TBG Shop
Digital downloads — art prints, books, and tools — with physical products to follow. Revenue from the shop funds the research and creative work across all five movements.
